These Terms, Conditions & Privacy Policy govern the use of the bioscape.pt website and the purchase of our products.

2. Order and Sale Process

Orders are initiated on the website and finalised via WhatsApp or Email. The contract is considered concluded after payment confirmation. Bioscape reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages or processing errors.

3. Delivery Times and Conditions

Production: 5 to 10 business days, depending on the model. Shipping: Carried out via GLS with a tracking number. Delivery times: 1-2 business days for Portugal; 2-5 business days for Europe. Costs: See the detailed table at bioscape.pt/en/shipping.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The consumer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days after receipt, without the need for justification. The item must be in its original packaging and unused. Personalised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

5. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

7. Data Protection Policy (GDPR)

The data (name, contact, address) is used only for order processing and tax obligations. When using WhatsApp, data is processed by Meta Platforms in accordance with their policy. You may request access to or deletion of your data via info@bioscape.pt. Tax-related data is retained for 10 years.
