How long does production take?
Each lamp is made to order. Production usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the model and customization.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping. Lamps are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Estimated times: Europe 2-5 business days, Switzerland and UK 5-7 business days.
What materials do you use?
We use biodegradable PLA, recyclable PETG, and compostable bio-based filaments. All materials are chosen for their environmental responsibility and aesthetic quality.
How should I care for my lamp?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or direct contact with water. The protective coating ensures long-lasting durability.
