Packaging
Every lamp is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Returns Policy
In accordance with EU legislation and Decree-Law no. 24/2014, you have a period of 14 calendar days after receiving the product to exercise your Right of Withdrawal and request a return. Conditions: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect resale condition. Exceptions: This right does not apply to items personalised to the customer's specifications. Costs: The transport costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the consumer, except in cases of defect or shipping error. Transport Damage: If the product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs so that we can arrange a replacement.
